Delete Account

Dear User,

We understand that you may wish to delete your BranFlex account. We’re here to assist you through this process.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

• Open the Brandflex Android or iOS app.
• Enter the mobile number associated with your BrandFlex account.
• You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
• Once verified, now you log in to the Brandflex app.
• Now, navigate to the Settings Menu. Find the ‘Delete Account’ option at the bottom. Tap on this option, provide your consent, and your account deletion request will be processed

Data Management:

Upon account deletion, we ensure the following data removal:

• Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and any other personally identifiable information will be permanently removed from our systems.
• Activity Data: Information regarding your activity on BranFlex, such as posts, messages, added business details, created or added frames or other interactions, will be deleted.

Please Note:

• Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems. If you have any pending transactions, they will be voided upon account deletion.
